Art and Soul Gallery: Independent Art in Carmel

The Art and Soul Gallery in Carmel, Indiana was formerly a part of the Geist area of Fishers, Indiana, until its recent move to the growing Carmel arts scene. The relocation also gave gallery owners Claire and Wes Dwyer a chance to do some much-needed expansion.

The recent move was a vote of confidence in the town’s spanking new Carmel Arts and Design District, inside the Old Town Shops area. Millions of dollars have been poured into this exquisite neighborhood, and the people who planned it and the Carmel businesses that thrive there are banking on it becoming a major Indianapolis attraction.
The Art and Soul Gallery exhibits fine art by more than fifty different artists, many of them Carmel and Indianapolis artists. Visitors will enjoy a huge variety of all-original and limited edition work by local and international artists. Practically every conceivable style and medium of Indianapolis art is represented at the Art and Soul Gallery, from abstract to impressionistic, realism to expressionistic.
