Carmel, Indiana is an upscale, up and coming suburb of Indiana state capital Indianapolis, located on its north side. Historic and growing downtown Carmel is full of Carmel restaurants, Carmel bars, and other Carmel businesses that are fun places to go for a few beers and a few laughs. Fox and Hound Pub & Grille – One of the best Indianapolis bars, the Fox and Hound Pub & Grille is the definition of an “entertainment restaurant.” An elegant yet casual environment, a sumptuous food menu with both comfort food favorites and a few more unique dishes, and its proximity to Broad Ripple Village make it a favorite spot for Carmel nightlife.

Woody’s Library - Run by one of the most prominent people in Carmel, Kevin Rider, Woody’s Library is a delicious Carmel restaurant with a fully functional bar inside. The upstairs area of the building represents some of the best fine dining in Carmel, while the downstairs portion is a cozy pub for the 21+ crowd.
Mickey’s Irish Pub – Similar to Claddagh Irish Pub in Indianapolis and Fionn MacCool’s Irish Pub in Fishers, Mickey’s Irish Pub is a haven for Indianapolis music. Featuring local and national music, including some of the best artists in Carmel music, Mickey’s Irish Pub is a great place to bring your dancing shoes.
Bar Louie – A hip and trendy bar in Carmel, Bar Louie is a great hotspot of Carmel nightlife. Doubling as a Carmel restaurant, Bar Louie has an effortlessly modern interior coupled with a delicious menu full of giant sandwiches, locally brewed beers, and more.
Yorkshire Rose Pub – More a steakhouse and restaurant than a Carmel bar, the Yorkshire Rose Pub features a cozy atmosphere and freely flowing drinks. A great hangout for the residents of both Carmel and Indianapolis.
